Return Policy

You can return products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are undamaged and the original packaging is still in good condition. Every Lumevane Wrap is additionally covered by a 90-day guarantee.

To start a return, contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Lumevane Wrist is a personal wellness product; for hygiene reasons, items showing signs of use beyond testing fit may not be eligible for return.
